William Adam International Trumpet Festival 2025
The 11th annual William Adam International Trumpet Festival will be held on the campus of Austin Peay State University on June 19 – 22, 2025.
Hosted by Dr. Rob Waugh, the festival will be in the hands of a “who’s who” of students of William Adam, many of whom are among the top trumpet artists in the world. In addition to our usual offerings of master class, performances, and complimentary private and group lessons, there will be seminars dedicated to problem solving, jazz improvisation, orchestra playing, and developing skills on the trumpet, plus classes for our younger colleagues and their teachers.

Fee to attend the 2025 festival is $210 for adults and $75 for students and is payable via PayPal to [email protected]. The daily rate is $30/day for students and $75/day for all others.
Master Sergeant Chris Hammiel, currently serving in the USAF Heritage of America Band at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA will be administering a mock audition for those interested in auditioning for an Air Force Band. The mock audition will take place Friday morning (time slots TBD) and audition feedback will take place Saturday morning (there might be a flex a bit with this to work around presentations….more info to come).
